When I tell that I had the week from hell. My bridge broke in the front of my mouth. I went to over 5 dental offices. I missed a week of work. I felt defeated!!!! They worked with me. I hate the dentist but they made the experience welcoming. From the front desk, the assistants, and the DENTIST! She was so calming & apologetic. She was nurturing & gentle with me. Made sure I was okay & comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I’m horrified of getting Novacaine and needles because of the pain and I literally felt nothing when she inserted it. That’s how gentle she was! Thank you so much for making my week better!!! Bless ya’ll! I can finally smile again!

I had a fine dentist and a good dental plan yet still delayed fixing a severely cracked filling and painfully inflamed tooth. The Fear Factor was a protracted month long appointment ordeal to begin with my "regular" dentist followed by his referral to an endodontist or an oral surgeon for even more appointments. It seemed overwhelming. With Irish luck, I Google discovered and called West Plano Modern Dentistry and Dr. Mitra Partow, DDS. I found out she has the "old school" professional expertise to do it all, assisted by a great dental team using Startrek level diagnostic technology and 3-D printed permanent crown making equipment. Oral surgeon Tim Wang was also in the office that day if necessary. Dr. Partow performed a painless root canal, Allie assisted with the permanent crown, Nancy handled the insurance administration and Bob's Your Uncle in JUST A FEW HOURS. Great results. Thank you.
